30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns or items returned due to buyer error (e.g. ordering the wrong part).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Warranty
All new and rebuilt parts come with a 1-year warranty. Warranty claims will be honored with a replacement unit or store credit.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at 417-468-2439 or email jandiauto44@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue an RMA number and instructions.
